Job Description:-
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients/ dealerships/ OEMs, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development within the territory.
5. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to support sales initiatives and optimize processes.
6. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management and making recommendations for improvement.
7. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the sales team.
8. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to remain competitive in the field.
9. Manage budgets, expenses, and resources effectively to maximize profitability within the territory.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services and expand networks.
