Since 2012, ChartRequest has managed hundreds of thousands of secure requests for patient health information on behalf of our providers. The provider network using ChartRequest to exchange critical continuation of care documentation has grown to include over 5,000 provider entities including hospitals, large multi-state and specialty groups, as well as individual practices in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility cross-functional leadership, management, and accountability assisting the Director of Operations in partnership with Department Managers and Executives in all across the business to deliver Sprints, Departmental Quarterly Plans (QMP, QPP, Recurrings), Issues, and and Rocks.
- Jira Expertise: Own and configure our Jira platform to meet specific needs, including building custom reports, automating workflows, and using Software and ServiceDesk modules.
- Agile Scrum Leadership: Bring years of extensive Agile Scrum experience to facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across multiple development teams.
- Enterprise Project Management: Oversee complex projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence, and architecting plans for recurring and new projects.
- Collaboration Mastery: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Product Manager to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues for successful project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high project quality standards aligned with business goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports.
- Effective Communication: Foster transparent and effective communication within the team and with upper management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
- Strong familiarity with enterprise-level software development life cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create user-friendly documentation.
- Proven adaptability in a dynamic startup environment, thriving under fast-paced conditions.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, enabling effective multitasking and project prioritization while adhering to schedules.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to balance client needs with business objectives when developing solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- High level of attentiveness and a proactive approach to addressing issues and challenges.
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in project management or Scrum methodologies
- 7-10 years of experience as a Jira expert with the ability to configure and customize Jira, including custom reports, automations, and forms. Familiarity with Software and ServiceDesk modules is essential.
- 7-10 years of experience as an Enterprise Project Manager, managing complex software projects and architecting project plans for recurring and new initiatives.
Base Annual Salary: ₹8,00,000 – ₹13,00,000
